Valley Commerce Bancorp Announces Cash Dividend For First Quarter 2016

VISALIA, Calif., Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Valley Commerce Bancorp, parent of Valley Business Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be paid on March 28, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2016.   The total amount of the cash dividend will be approximately $286 thousand.  The Board will consider future cash dividends following the end of each calendar quarter.
